Dad worked on small things around the house while it was cold on Monday of a week ago. And some throughout the week before that. Things like covering up the water lines/drain in the bathroom and putting the trim on the stairs. And putting the counter-top in the summer kitchen. That wasn't a very small project but one that needed to get done. Now to find things like curtains for the living-room and dining-room. And turn the cloth that we have for the summer kitchen into curtains. Or valances as I believe Mom is planning to make. But when you have so many other things to do that need to get done before those....
We took pictures of some of us a week or two ago. Not the best by any means. But here they are anyway.
The temperatures are back down to below zero after several days of way to warm for the time of year temps. At least we still have snow left this time. :) We got aprox. 6 inches over the beginning of this week. And then it rained on Mon. night/Tues. morning so it's gonna be rather painful if you land in it wrong. Scraping yourself on grainy snow does NOT feel good. I know from experience. :(
